No. The profile changes with each job application. If an applicant takes another job with exactly the same set of virtues, the score might be similar for each profile if the references and employers offer a similar perspective. If the applicant selects a different position with a different set of virtues, the score might be quite different. If the applicant selects different references, the profile might be quite different as well.
