Advantages

Once your Applicant has entered into the profile system, each will be asked to define up to 20 References.  The Applicant is encouraged to include as many references as possible.  More quality references improves the overall profile.

 

The Applicant is responsible to contact references during this process to inform them of the process and encourage them to complete the 17 question survey.

At any time during the Reference Phase, you may view the Applicant Assessment Profile.  On it you will see the overall score.  The mean of the score is 50.  Any score above 50 is positive virtuous assessment.  Any score below 50 is negative virtuous assessment.  For additional interpretive assistance, click the Interpretive guide.  Please also check the number of references received to assist you in your confidence of the assessment.

After you have hired your finalist, we will send a survey for you to fill out at the six month anniversary of employment.  This becomes your opportunity to contribute to the Assessment Process.  No additional applicant assessment will occur for this job placement.

After you are familiar with the Job Reference Process, please CONTACT US so that our Information Department or Salespeople are able to offer you key information for beginning the Reference Process.

The Reference Process  begins when you receive your Username and Password.

Enter Login details.  You will be taken to a list of your Client Projects.  Click your active Project jobname.

 

Now you can Edit the Project: Change name, virtues, or hire date.

Next you insert Applicant First and Last Names and Email.

Finally you view Project Applicants.

 

With each Applicant entered, you will need to send Login Info.  This email will include a Username and Password.  Your Project screen will update as each email is sent.

Welcome to the Job Reference Profile. This Profile is designed to offer you additional information to assist you in the selection of your next employee.

The Profile will help the Employer to identify key employment virtues and then offer information on each Applicant's overall virtuous profile.

 

The Profile will shift the responsibility of contacting the Reference from the Employer to the Applicant while maintaining confidentiality.

 

There are a number of phases in the Job Reference Process:

 Once 3 References has completed the Survey, a similar 17 question survey will be offered to the applicant.   Many questions are designed to offer two positive virtues.  The applicant's task is to select the virtue that is important while recognizing the other.

 

When the applicant has submitted all answers, and when as many references have answered as possible, the applicant has completed the profile.
